a team game . . .
Details of some changes to its internal Customer Support Representative (CSR) Team have been announced recently. The directors of the company have decided to split the team into two groups. One group will be headed by Jason Cleary and the other by Heidi Studart. The changes have been made to further improve the way in which White Horse Press interfaces with and supports its customers.
The groups, which for ease (and want of trying to come up with something more creative) have been called “Team Cyan” and “Team Magenta” have a tremendous collective experience. The directors of the company believe that this internal reorganisation will allow team members to provide more effective back-up for each other on a day-to-day basis, providing even stronger support for customers.
As a part of the same initiative, the directors have also announced the promotion of Joanna Tucker, who has worked at White Horse Press for some 14 years, to the role of Customer Support Representative.
Joanna, or Jo as she prefers to be called, has worked in various departments within the company, including pre-press and finishing. Jo’s knew role complements WHP’s Customer Support Representative Team, and her understanding of the business will be a tremendous asset to both the team and to our customers.
